WP1 – Grand Opening: European Diversity Summit (Lead: EIC)
The opening summit launches INTERFRAME’s civic and municipal cooperation agenda, establishing a shared understanding of inclusion and intercultural dialogue and setting the common working framework for the partnership. The work package includes structured sessions designed to connect local realities with EU values and to initiate collaboration across towns and civil society actors.
WP2 – Online Forum – Digital Inclusion & Diversity Dialogue (Lead: EIC)
WP2 is led by EIC and continues the project’s structured civic exchange format by engaging partners and local actors around inclusion and participatory democracy goals, reinforcing the project’s shared methodology and cooperation model.
WP3 – 3: Local Voices – Storytelling for Change (Lead: DRVO)
WP3 is coordinated by DRVO and focuses on citizen-driven reflection and community-rooted participation, using inclusive methods that bring lived experience into the project’s dialogue on belonging, stereotypes, and local cohesion.
WP4 – Civic Forum: Diversity & Inclusion in Public Spaces (Lead: LDA Kosovo)
WP4 builds practical approaches for inclusive cities by connecting citizens and municipal stakeholders around how public space can become more accessible, representative, and welcoming. It is implemented as a structured civic forum format that bridges policy discussion with participatory practices at local level.
WP5 – Diversity Symposium: Intercultural Bridges in Local Leadership (Lead: Devnia Municipality)
WP5 strengthens intercultural leadership and local governance capacities by convening municipal actors, community stakeholders, and citizens in a symposium format. It supports exchange on inclusive leadership practices and helps towns translate values into workable local approaches.
WP6 – Art & Culture Festival – Celebrating Unity in Diversity (Lead: Fifty-Fifty)
WP6 is coordinated by Fifty-Fifty and contributes to INTERFRAME’s civic engagement cycle by delivering participatory activities connected to inclusion and intercultural encounter, reinforcing the project’s citizen-facing dimension and shared European perspective.
WP7 – Digital Civic Exchange – Inclusive Futures Online Forum (Lead: Fifty-Fifty)
WP7 extends participation into the digital sphere, supporting broad engagement and visibility by using accessible online formats aligned with the project’s inclusion and civic dialogue priorities.
WP8 – Community Action Day: Intercultural Encounters in Action (Lead: Municipality of Bijelo Polje)
WP8 delivers a one-day intercultural civic action event, combining creative and participatory public-space activities such as collective mural creation, pop-up cultural performances, food-sharing tables, and storytelling circles. Alongside implementation, Bijelo Polje leads the development of an Action Day Plan that documents responsibilities, inclusion measures, safety/accessibility guidance, and a methodology that can be replicated by other towns.
WP9 – Closing Event – The Diversity Pact & Future Commitments (Lead: EIC)
WP9 is led by EIC and consolidates the project’s outcomes by connecting the partnership’s local learning into shared conclusions and forward-looking cooperation, ensuring coherence across work packages and supporting dissemination and continuation.
