European Integration Center (EIC) – Albania (Coordinator)

The Economic Intelligence Center contributes to the democratic development of Albania by addressing the social, cultural, and economic challenges faced by Albanian communities. Its work is grounded in applied research, capacity building, and targeted training activities that support active citizenship, institutional development, and evidence-based policy dialogue. As the project coordinator, EIC ensures strategic coherence, quality implementation, and effective cooperation across all partners, while supporting the translation of local experiences into shared European learning.

DRVO – Association for Sustainable Social Development and Volunteerism – Croatia

DRVO Association was founded with the purpose of encouraging and strengthening active social engagement within local communities. The association promotes fundamental human values, tolerance, and the acceptance of diversity, while supporting social cohesion and community participation. Its work also emphasizes sustainable living, environmental protection, and coexistence with nature, including awareness-raising on climate change and the transition toward sustainable energy sources. Within the project, DRVO contributes community-based perspectives and citizen-focused engagement methods that connect inclusion, sustainability, and civic responsibility.

LDA Kosovo (Local Democracy Agency) – Kosovo

The Local Democracy Agency Kosovo was officially established in 2011 in Peja/Peć with the mission of promoting local democracy and participatory governance. LDA Kosovo implements activities across democracy, justice, human rights, youth participation, equal opportunities, intercultural dialogue, economic development, and social and cultural cohesion. Through capacity-building programmes and participatory mechanisms, LDA Kosovo empowers citizens to actively shape their communities and strengthens inclusive decision-making at local level. In the project, it supports structured civic dialogue and citizen–municipality interaction.

Devnya Municipality – Bulgaria

The Municipality of Devnya is a local public authority actively engaged in initiatives that promote inclusive governance, intercultural dialogue, and community participation. Through its involvement in European cooperation projects, the municipality contributes practical experience in public administration, stakeholder engagement, and policy-oriented local action. Within the partnership, Devnya Municipality supports activities that connect municipal leadership with citizens, encouraging inclusive approaches in public life and local decision-making.

Fifty-Fifty (Social Innovation and Cohesion Institute) – Greece

The Social Innovation and Cohesion Institute is a civil society organization established to support individuals, communities, and institutions in developing skills, improving performance, and sharing knowledge in response to contemporary societal challenges. The institute works to generate social change at local, regional, and European level, with a strong focus on equal learning opportunities, human rights, entrepreneurship, intercultural dialogue, and European awareness. Fifty-Fifty collaborates closely with public and private bodies, including municipalities, NGOs, schools, universities, VET providers, and international networks. In the project, it contributes expertise in civic engagement, participatory methodologies, and communication activities.

Municipality of Bijelo Polje – Montenegro*

The Municipality of Bijelo Polje is a public authority committed to inclusive local development, social cohesion, and active citizen participation. Through its engagement in European cooperation initiatives, the municipality supports community-based actions that promote intercultural understanding and shared civic responsibility. Within the project, Bijelo Polje contributes municipal leadership and operational capacity, particularly in the implementation of participatory public-space activities that bring together diverse local communities.
